Position: BCBA (Spanish or Korean-Speaking preferred)

Job Type:

• Part and Full time

What We Expect From You:

• Design individualized ABA programs

• Perform functional behavior assessments

• Train parents and staff in the delivery of individualized ABA plans

• Make regular supervision visits to clients’ homes and provide ongoing supervision and support for Behavior Interventionists (BTs)

• Write and submit assessment reports and progress reports

• Ensure treatment fidelity by providing frequent feedback to BTs and parents

• Welcome feedback from supervisors and implement the feedback

• Practice cultural humility by respecting the cultural values of the families you work with, and ask questions to learn & develop your own cultural competency

• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues while maintaining professionalism

• Maintain high attendance

• Complete other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean preferred

• Experience working with adult clients preferred

• Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license, auto insurance)

• Passing background check (FBI & DOJ)

• Passing TB test clearance

• Residing within the LA surrounding areas

• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude

• Ability to take and implement constructive feedback
