At SK Behavior & Learning, our team is comprised of dedicated professionals with expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and consultation. We are committed to providing personalized and effective support to individuals and families by using family-centered approaches in culturally-responsive ways.

Sohyun Kim, BCBA PhD

Dr. Sohyun Kim received her PhD in Special Education from UCLA. She is a Korean-American Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a credentialed teacher, and has extensive experiences working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. She was a high school teacher for many years, then started working in the field of ABA in 2013. As a bilingual and bicultural educator and clinician, she has worked with many Korean families to provide culturally-sensitive support. She has also been teaching at Cal State LA and at CSUN since 2020, including undergraduate and graduate-level ABA courses.
